Teri is the Launchpad Program Specialist for the Fort Worth Public Library Foundation, as well as an adjunct professor in English at TCU. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Education with an English focus, and her MA and PhD degrees in English. Her research fields for her PhD included Film and Literature, the Victorian Novel, and English classroom Pedagogy. She enjoys bringing her background in composition, argument theory, literature, and technical writing expertise to her work with Launchpad students to help tutor high school seniors in writing their college application essays. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing and teaching piano, gardening, cooking and reading all different types of books.
