Amplify 817: Discover Fort Worth’s Soundtrack

Amplify 817 brings the sound of Fort Worth to life through streaming, live performances, and community connection.

Presented in partnership with Hear Fort Worth and sponsored in part by the Fort Worth Public Library Foundation, Amplify 817 is a music platform and performance series that highlights 100% local, commercial-free music. All of it is free to stream, and library cardholders can download songs to keep at no cost. 

Amplify 817 is a celebration of creativity, culture, and connection.

The program nurtures emerging artists by helping them share their work with new audiences and get paid for their music. It invites families into the library for live performances, brings the community together through free concerts, and inspires a love of music that starts right here at home.

Each artist featured on Amplify 817 is selected by a juried panel, ensuring a diverse, high-quality collection that reflects the heart and soul of Fort Worth’s music scene.
