Tuesday, April 4, is Library Giving Day!
#LibraryGivingDay is a national, one-day fundraising event to encourage people who depend on and enjoy public libraries to donate to their local library system. For us, that means your support will go toward the incredible programs, services, and materials provided by our beloved Fort Worth Public Library.
The Fort Worth Library is known for books and research materials. Yet, it offers so much more. At every location, you’ll find programs that promote lifelong learning, connect patrons to technology, and advance our knowledge.
We see the impact of public programming every day – from young people developing comprehension skills through summer reading programs to Spanish-speaking adults acquiring the knowledge they need to pass the Texas high school equivalency exam and succeed in the workforce.
